The Coldwell Banker Hulsey Story

The Beginning

Hulsey Real Estate was founded in 1965 by Cecil Hulsey, a proud Air Force veteran. In the 80s, the company joined the Coldwell Banker franchise and became Coldwell Banker Hulsey, expanding our reach while remaining true to our local roots.

After 50 years of dedicated service, Cecil retired in 2015, selling the company to a longstanding agent and local resident, Kim Hutson. Since then, she has been leading a team of 30 agents who proudly serve a wide range of clients, including first-time home buyers, investors, and veterans.

Our history is rooted in community, prioritizing our founding values of work hard, play hard, and always give back.

Our Culture

At Coldwell Banker Hulsey, we like to think of ourselves as a big, happy family that just happens to sell a whole lot of real estate. Our culture is rooted in community, collaboration, and doing the right thing—whether we’re serving our clients or giving back to the place we proudly call home.

Our agents are deeply involved in local events, from our biggest fundraiser of the year, Designer Bag Bingo, to the Homecoming and Christmas parades. We host an annual food drive, support local businesses, and show up for the causes that matter.

We work hard, celebrate our wins, and lift each other up along the way, creating an environment where agents can grow, thrive, and truly love what they do.
